TAMALES

If you have them in the freezer truly it’s just the time it takes to microwave. Me and my work wife would go scout for tamale ladies in parking lots on the weekend then put a huge ziplock of tamales in our work freezer for last minute breakfasts. My favorite of all time is Rajas with poblano pepper, tomato and cheese. And yes I do make my own sometimes 💅 having homemade salsa prepped to put on top is a bonus but they really are amazing just as is.
